Meet Mrs. Danielle
Hi, I’m Danielle Smith, founder of Acadence Education. I help young children build the skills—and the confidence—to enjoy learning. Since 2016, I have been passionate about high-quality early childhood education for children of all backgrounds. I created Acadence to give families thoughtful, personalized support at home. Together, we focus on your child’s strengths and next steps in reading, math, attention, and learning habits.
I earned my degree from Northern Virginia Community College in 2023 and am continuing my undergraduate studies in Early Childhood Education at George Mason University.
Outside of my work with families, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two cats. I look forward to getting to know your family and supporting your child’s next chapter.
Acadence Education's Philosophy

Through individualized guidance, I work with children to strengthen essential skills such as early literacy, numeracy, attention, and problem-solving. Just as important, I value strong partnerships with families, because meaningful learning continues beyond our sessions. By working together, we can create supportive environments where children feel encouraged to explore, grow, and develop a lasting love of learning.
